BNI is a business referral organization whose primary purpose is to generate more business for its members.

BNI puts together groups (called ‘Chapters’) of business people from a wide variety of business professions and trades who refer business to each other. This is considered to be one of the most cost-effective ways of generating new business.

Each Chapter is exclusive in its membership in that only one profession or trade is allowed to join each Chapter, in this way there is no conflict when it comes to passing referrals.

All members work on a ‘givers gain’ philosophy – “If I give you business, you’ll want to give me business”.  There is as much ‘give’ as well as ‘take’ in BNI.
